Duke University is seeking a Senior IT Analyst (PeopleSoft/SISS) to support and enhance enterprise Student Information Systems. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications while partnering with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, effective solutions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex system challenges, improving business processes, and working across a dynamic higher education environment.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft systems or similar enterprise applications
  • Strong experience with requirements analysis, technical design, and system integration
  • Advanced SQL and database modeling experience
  • Experience troubleshooting, performance tuning, and managing system changes
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced PeopleTools experience (Application Designer, Integration Broker, Workflow, Portal)
  • Experience with Student Administration modules
  • Experience with Oracle databases
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript
