About the role
You will analyze needs and translate them into technology solutions supporting Ethics and Peer Review programs. You will collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements, help with system design and enhancements, and support testing and implementation of technology projects. You will contribute to ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts while ensuring understanding between our goals and technical solutions. You will report to the the Senior Manager - Technology and use a hybrid work schedule.
You will
  • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements, including business rules, data mappings, system interfaces, and non-functional needs. Translate partner input into clear, applicable specifications.
  • Partner with developers and architects to design scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards and our goals.
  • Define and support system integrations (APIs, data exchanges, batch processes); document data flows and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Configure and support Peer Review, Ethics, and AMS systems, including workflows, user roles, and business rules. Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with IT teams.
  • Develop test plans, test cases; lead system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with partners to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure solutions meet our needs.
  • Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation to support system development and ongoing operations.
  • Develop reports in Salesforce/PEGA/Cloud Platforms. Analyze data flows across systems to ensure consistency, identify discrepancies, and support operational reporting. Provide insights into case processing, data quality, and system performance, and help troubleshoot data-related issues across integrated platforms.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert; evaluate system impacts of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with audit and data governance standards.

Qualifications
You Have:
3 years experience in business technology analysis, web technologies, database concepts, SDLC environments, and reporting tools
3 years experience working in Agile/Scrum environments delivering technology solutions across the software development lifecycle
3 years experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into user stories, functional specifications, and solution documentation
3 years experience supporting testing activities including test planning, execution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution
2 years experience in application support, production support, system maintenance, or operational environments (including incident and ticket-based workflows)
3 years experience collaborating with our business and technical teams to analyze processes and provide technology-driven solutions
1 years experience with technical toolsets including Jira and system integrations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
