    NTT DATA''s Client is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager – Site Separation & Technology Cutover to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology separation activities for two Connecticut sites as part of the transition from Solventum to the client technology ecosystem.
    This role is responsible for driving end-to-end site separation planning across applications, infrastructure, technology services, business processes, and cutover activities while ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing and business operations. The Project Manager will partner with application teams, infrastructure engineering, operations, ERP implementation teams, site leadership, business stakeholders, and enterprise program leadership to successfully execute the transition.
    The ideal candidate has proven experience managing large-scale technology transition, M&A integration, divestiture, infrastructure migration, or site separation programs and possesses strong expertise in integrated planning, dependency management, executive stakeholder communication, and cutover governance.
    Key Responsibilities
    Project Leadership
    Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the Charlotte site technology separation program.
    Develop and maintain the overall project strategy, governance framework, execution roadmap, and implementation approach.
    Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology workstreams, and enterprise program milestones.
    Drive execution across multiple concurrent technical and business workstreams.

    Lead planning activities covering:

    NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $55.00 to $62.00 hourly range. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
