ROLE_DESCRIPTION -
M&A Integration Delivery, to lead end-to-end infrastructure integration. Conduct IT due diligence and infrastructure assessments (applications, servers, networks, cloud, data platforms)
Your responsibilities:
Should know integration strategy: full migration, coexistence, or phased transformation
Develop and execute integration roadmaps aligned with business priorities
Infrastructure & Platform Integration
Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP tenancy alignment)
Data centers, servers, storage, and virtualization platforms
Network architecture (connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, identity access)
Lead integration of enterprise platforms (AD/LDAP, email, collaboration tools, monitoring systems)
Support data platform alignment (e.g., Snowflake, data lakes, ETL ecosystems)
Act as the bridge between integration leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams
Drive governance forums for integration decisions and prioritization
Identify integration risks (security gaps, compliance issues, technical debt)
Ensure alignment with enterprise security, regulatory, and data privacy standards
Drive remediation and hardening of acquired infrastructure
Manage cross-functional dependencies across infrastructure, applications, and business teams
Drive change management and communication plans for impacted users and systems
Track integration budgets and cost synergies (data center exit, license rationalization)
Ensure smooth handover to BAU (Business-as-Usual) operations post-integration
Establish support models, SLAs, and monitoring frameworks
Drive documentation and knowledge transfer
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
8-12 years of IT experience with strong infrastructure background
Proven experience in M&A IT integration, carve-outs, or divestiture
Good understanding of:
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Enterprise infrastructure (compute, storage, networking)
Experience with hybrid environments and large-scale migrations
Strong program/project management expertise (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
Experience in integration frameworks (Day 1 readiness, TSA management)
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, big data ecosystems)
Identity & access management (AD, SSO, IAM)
Exposure to cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, etc.)
Experience working with global teams and third-party vendors
Skills: Digital : Microsoft Azure~Infrastructure Optimization and Tuning~Project Management
