  • Monitor and observe client conditions and report any changes to the care team

  • Assist with medication reminders or administration as directed with  6 hours Med Tech certification

  • Take and document vital signs accurately using EMR/EHR systems

  • Support clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia care, using compassionate memory-care techniques

  • Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient privacy (HIPAA compliant)

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care preferred

  • Ability to work independently while following care plans and safety protocols

  • Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between client locations

Why You’ll Love Working With Us
  • Meaningful, rewarding work where you see the impact of your care

  • Supportive team environment that values and respects caregivers

  • Opportunities to work one-on-one with clients and build lasting relationships

  • A company culture focused on compassion, respect, and quality care
