Compensation

$32-$45+ per hour (based on experience and performance)

Our performance based pay structure rewards productivity, quality workmanship, and experience.

What You'll Do

As a Shop Diesel Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of commercial trucks and fleet equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty trucks

  • Perform preventative maintenance services

  • Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, air, hydraulic, and fuel systems

  • Complete inspections and identify recommended repairs

  • Accurately document repairs and completed work

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts, and fellow Technicians to keep customers on the road

Preferred qualifications:

  • Diesel technician experience

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience working on Class 3–8 commercial trucks

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)

  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
