Group 1 Honda Kingwood is growing and looking to add Auto Tech Trainees / Lube Technicians to our team at our high-volume Honda dealership!
We're seeking individuals who are currently enrolled in or have completed an automotive training program and are eager to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
Our technicians take pride in their work, are committed to delivering a great customer experience, and enjoy being part of a team that supports growth and development.
Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
  • Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
  • Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications
  • Completion of or current enrollment in an automotive training/education program required
  • ASE Certifications are a plus!
