Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for internal systems and technical processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and support to ensure accurate and accessible documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, manuals, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and translate complex information into clear content.
  • Maintain and manage documentation on platforms like Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational standards, branding, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct content audits and regularly update existing documentation for accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist in building knowledge bases for both internal users and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role.
  • Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint (or Share-Point equivalents).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
