What does a technical trainer do when working remotely?

A Technical Trainer working remotely is responsible for developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or courses focused on technical topics such as software, hardware, or IT systems. They use virtual tools and platforms to instruct employees or clients, assess learning progress, and provide support or resources as needed. Their role also involves creating training materials, adapting content for online delivery, and ensuring participants gain the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a technical trainer remote?

To thrive as a Technical Trainer (Remote), you need expertise in instructional design, subject matter knowledge, and experience in adult learning, usually supported by a relevant degree or industry certifications.
