Job Summary:
NEOGOV is seeking an IT Service Desk Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in providing technical support for the Agency. The role involves managing daily operations, refining service delivery processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service while driving the Agency's technology strategy forward.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the IT Service Desk, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 support.
โ€ข Perform all supervisory and administrative duties associated with service desk operations.
โ€ข Coordinate incident intake, triage, escalation, and resolution to ensure timely support for end users.
โ€ข Oversee service delivery processes and monitor performance to maintain established service levels.
โ€ข Ensure consistent adherence to customer service standards and departmental guidelines.
โ€ข Understand, delegate, and monitor the teamโ€™s workload and priorities.
โ€ข Provide employee growth opportunities and support professional development.
โ€ข Manage schedules and review, approve, and sign off on employee timecards.
โ€ข Prepare for and conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
โ€ข Maintain proper IT service delivery controls and ensure policies and procedures are documented and followed.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with Clerk, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Associate degree in Management or Information Technology, or two years of experience in a technical support supervisory role required.
โ€ข 2 years of supervisory experience required.
โ€ข Strong written and oral communication skills.
โ€ข Effective interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation.
โ€ข Ability to present ideas clearly in business-friendly language.
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
โ€ข High attention to detail.
โ€ข Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
โ€ข Solid understanding of ITIL principles.
Preferred:
