Summary

DO Supply is a global supplier of industrial automation equipment, helping manufacturers around the world keep their operations running efficiently. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving sales results. You'll work directly with customers to identify their needs, source products, prepare quotes, and manage orders from inquiry through fulfillment. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to build a career in industrial sales, this position offers strong growth potential and earning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Source products and identify opportunities to improve company inventory
• Follow up on quotes, leads, and open opportunities to maximize sales conversions
• Meet and work toward exceeding individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and transactions within company systems
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support seamless order fulfillment
• Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and order-related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities
