We are seeking aย Desktop Support Engineerย for our global client. You will provide first level support for all end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware,ย softwareย and voice/data communication systems issues. Escalate calls whenย appropriate. Write concise, informative tickets. Follow up on all ticketsย in a timely mannerย and follow through to resolution.ย
This is a 40-hour per week, 24-month contract (possible extension), 100% onsite role in Phoenix, AZ.ย Schedule:ย 2nd shift, local time (4:00 PM โ 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday),ย
