Associate Support Technician (Remote)
Contract: 6 Months with Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire

About the Role

We're looking for a customer-focused Associate Technical Support Technician to join the team. In this fully remote role, you'll provide technical support to patients and healthcare professionals using home dialysis technology and the Nx2me platform. If you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and helping others, this is a great opportunity to build your technical support career with a leading healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support over the phone for home dialysis equipment and software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues while guiding customers through solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in Salesforce/CRM and other internal systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Develop expertise on products and troubleshooting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of technical support, help desk, or related experience.
  • Customer service or call center experience required.
  • Healthcare, medical device, or clinical support experience is a plus (dialysis experience preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Training & Schedule

  • 100% Remote
  • Paid training Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST (approximately 2–3 weeks).
  • After training, candidates must be flexible to work one of the following shifts based on business needs:
    • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
    • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
    • 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST
    • 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST
