Job Description:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT Infrastructure support inquiries and issues.
  • Support and troubleshoot software products used by internal teams and external clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues in diverse and unique technical environments.
  • Troubleshoot operating systems, PC hardware, and related infrastructure components.
  • Document conversations and technical issues in a succinct and detailed manner.
  • Apply standard, approved diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
  • Suggest changes for product enhancement and correction based on recurring issues.

Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in layman's terms.
  • Active listening skills to accurately understand and address user concerns.
  • Ability to document technical issues and solutions with precision and clarity.
  • Experience with diagnostic utilities and troubleshooting methodologies.

Annual Pay Range:
