Job description

Technical Source is currently in search of a Field Service Technician for an automated equipment manufacturing client that primarily services the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will require up to 80% travel to client sites across the East Coast and Midwest regions.

Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician include:

  • Travel to Customer Sites & Perform Preventative Maintenance/Troubleshooting of Aseptic Processing Equipment
  • Assist with the Start-Up and Troubleshooting of PLC-Based Manufacturing Equipment
  • Provide Top-Tier Customer Service to Clients and Communicate Effectively

Requirements of the Field Service Technician include:

  • 3+ Years of Experience Conducting Maintenance/Troubleshooting of Automated Manufacturing Equipment
  • Ability to Troubleshoot PLC's (Rockwell Preferred)
  • Ability to Interpret Blueprints and Meet Physical Demands of Job
  • Willingness to Travel Up to 80%
