Position Overview 

The Technical Solution Architect serves as the senior technical leader for the AI Solutions Practice and is responsible for defining architectural standards, developing reference architectures, and guiding solution-oriented customer engagements. The role partners closely with practice leaders, other presales teams, services, and sales teams to translate business strategy into scalable, repeatable AI solution frameworks that drive customer outcomes and business growth.

The Technical Solutions Architect is primarily responsible for:

  • Architectural leadership for AI solutions
  • Solution development in collaboration with other technology practices and presales/sales resources
  • Business outcome mindset to align customer outcomes with overall solutions and technology approaches
  • Advance and maintain expertise in AI solutions by attending training, seminars, and trade shows to support and service the sales organization and end-user customers

Education/Certification: 

  • BA/BS degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Industry sales experience

Required Experience: 

  • 10+ years in architecture, engineering, or consulting
  • Expertise in the AI market and related trends, solutions, and approaches, with an understanding of integrations with security, network, cloud, data center, and other related disciplines
  • Experience supporting go-to-market plans, service offerings, partner strategies, and sales enablement for enterprise technology solutions
  • Ability to engage with executive stakeholders, customers, sales leaders, solution architects, delivery teams, and strategic partners
  • Good organizational and time management skills; excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective at developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Conducts business professionally in a corporate environment and whenever representing Zones
  • Proven ability to manage administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Relevant operational, technical, partner, or industry experience/certifications preferred

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $150,000–$200,000 plus bonus.
