Job description

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Executive Secretary.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive-level administrative tasking by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, managing taskers, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Position Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position
  • Degree Substitution: Associate's degree plus 5 years related additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. OR General Education Development (GED) and/or a relevant technical certification plus 10 years additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
