We are currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Manager on the Showroom Team.

This position will need to be based out the Carmel, IN area.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 14 Sales Support Representatives to ensure high-quality customer service standards, meet business objectives, and help to resolve customer concerns
  • Effectively set priorities and expectations based on business needs
  • Mentor, train, motivate, and develop team members to be successful
  • Set expectations and goals by driving associate/team performance
  • Ensure customer happiness and retention, assure sales happiness, and build strong associate relationships
  • Evaluate associate key performance indicators and identify training needs and development opportunities
  • Participate in the work of associates to understand and distribute workload, drive efficiency, and ensure effective work/life balance
Requirements
  • Experience using process and metrics/data to lead a team
  • Prior management/leadership experience is strongly preferred

  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and lead through change management

  • Must possess a strong customer service orientation and the desire to serve internal and external customers
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and possess outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to quickly learn company systems and platforms
  • Must possess solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other Ferguson platforms; prior Trilogie and Salesforce experience is a plus
