Job description

We are seeking detail-oriented and technically skilled contract professionals to remotely review GLOBALG.A.P. audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with scheme requirements. This role supports certification integrity by ensuring reports meet GLOBALG.A.P. standards, accreditation expectations, and internal review criteria prior to certification decisions. Work volume will vary based on audit demand.
This contract position is intended for independent contractors or consultants with prior GLOBALG.A.P. auditing experience. Ideal candidates are tech savvy, highly detail focused, fluent in English and Spanish, and able to manage reviews with short turnaround timelines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review GLOBALG.A.P. audit reports for technical accuracy, consistency, and scheme compliance
  • Verify correct application of GLOBALG.A.P. Principles and Criteria, National Interpretation Guidelines, and applicable legislation
  • Confirm that audit conclusions are supported by objective evidence
  • Review non-conformances and corrective actions for completeness and scheme alignment
  • Identify documentation gaps or inconsistencies and provide clear, actionable reviewer feedback
  • Communicate reviewer comments professionally in English and Spanish

Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a GLOBALG.A.P. auditor (IFA Plants scope required)
  • Strong knowledge of GLOBALG.A.P. standards, checklists, and audit processes
  • Fluent in written English and Spanish
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in digital audit, reporting, and certification platforms, including Excel
  • Ability to manage deadlines independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience reviewing or approving GLOBALG.A.P. certification documentation
  • Familiarity with ISO 17065 and accreditation-based certification processes
  • Experience providing written technical feedback to auditors or certification staff
