Job description

Responsibilities:
  • The Task Lead shall serve as a representative for the DCISE executive leadership. The DC3/DCISE
  • Technical Task Lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance and shall assist
  • DC3 with all financial and business processes.

Basic Qualifications
  • with an Active Top Secret clearance with TS-SCI clearance eligible.
  • 5 years of experience leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
  • 5 years of experience supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
  • 5 years of experience with scanning tools (i.e., VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning, and performing queries, pivoting on indicators, and malware analysis on characteristics (Message-Digest Algorithm 5 (MD5), Secure Hash Algorithm 1 (SHA1), file size, file name, file paths, etc.).
  • 5 years of experience with intelligence analysis processes, including Open- Source Intelligence (OSINT) and closed-source intelligence gathering, source verification, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor knowledge.
  • 5 years of experience conducting malware and network analysis, identifying protocols, persistence mechanisms, encoding techniques, and encryption and how they are used by Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) threat actors.

Preferred Qualifications
