Position Description

SMX is seeking a
Salesforce Technical Project Manager
to support Client/CBP's
Enterprise Cloud Customer Relationship Management Platform (ECCRMP)
program. This is a required
Key Personnel
role supporting Salesforce platform governance, Agile delivery, release coordination, production support, stakeholder communication, and modernization activities.

The Salesforce Technical Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional Salesforce teams, manage project execution, facilitate Agile ceremonies, track risks and blockers, support delivery planning, and maintain alignment with CBP program priorities. The role must be able to operate in a federal environment with disciplined reporting, change control, and stakeholder communication.
