How You Will Make an Impact:
- Manage multiple concurrent technical projects supporting enterprise applications, infrastructure, analytics platforms, reporting solutions, data integration, and operational technology initiatives.
- Apply enterprise project management methodology throughout initiation, planning, execution, testing, implementation, transition to operations, and project closeout.
- Develop project charters, communication plans, work plans, schedules, budgets, deployment strategies, testing plans, status reports, and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings while managing scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, approvals, resource coordination, and project governance.
- Partner with business sponsors, architects, infrastructure teams, developers, vendors, and operations leaders to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide executive-level communication regarding project status, milestones, risks, financial impacts, implementation readiness, and project outcomes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business operations and Information Technology for assigned projects.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, gather business and functional requirements, coordinate solution design activities, and obtain business approvals.
- Provide guidance for ServiceNow demand intake, project prioritization, governance processes, and implementation planning.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), model office testing, implementation readiness, production validation, and operational transition.
- Coordinate technical activities supporting Tableau Server and SAS server environments hosted on Windows Server.
- Coordinate Tableau Server administration activities including site provisioning, user and role administration, Active Directory integration, authentication, licensing, content migration, performance monitoring, software upgrades, release coordination, and end-user documentation.
- Coordinate SAS administration activities including maintenance planning, configuration management, licensing renewals, quarterly hotfixes, software upgrades, production support, and scheduled maintenance windows.
- Partner with Infrastructure teams to coordinate Windows Server maintenance including operating system patching, server backups, virtual machine snapshots, disaster recovery planning, security remediation, and environment readiness.
- Partner with Identity and Access Management teams to coordinate Active Directory security groups, user provisioning, authentication, role-based access control, and governance.
- Support enterprise file integration initiatives involving authorization, eligibility, reporting, data warehouse loads, and application interfaces by coordinating activities across EDI, Client Data Services, Business Intelligence, Operations, vendors, and trading partners.
- Assist with business requirements documentation, testing coordination, implementation support, production validation, issue resolution, and post-implementation support for enterprise technology initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years project management experience in broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development with 2 years spent working in a lead role on one or more projects; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Requires experience in creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Requires experience working with project management tools, documentation tools, and reporting tools required.
