Sr. Technical Project Manager
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• This person will take initiative, Lead Scrum and Kanban teams, Create project plans and report project status to myself and executives, and Coordinate software releases.
• As a Technical Project Manager/Sr Technical Project Manager , Candidate will support our technology projects. This role is responsible for the successful execution of complex strategic projects using Agile frameworks. These engagements involve communication with senior leadership, across multiple divisions and broad scope and is accountable for ensuring the highest quality delivery with emphasis on meeting product/platform deadlines and goals.
Job Functions:
1.Building and leading cross-functional project teams, setting expectations, and ensuring that the team has the necessary resources and support.
2.Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and team to ensure the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized.
3.Agile process facilitation: ensure that the Agile framework is understood and applied correctly by the team.
4.Metrics and feedback: Capture and use Agile metrics and feedback to help the team continuously improve.
5.It will be your duty to monitor the project scope to prevent scope creep and make necessary adjustments.
6.Coach and mentor teams, Technical Project Managers, and Product Owners in roles and responsibilities, providing training sessions and workshops on Agile frameworks (e.g., scrum Kanban) when necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
1.5 years of Project Management experience with knowledge of project management discipline, methodology and tools.
2.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with knowledge of Agile framework using scrum and kanban team methodologies.
Experience: 5 years of project management, 3 years in Agile framework
1.6+ years project management and agile work experience
2.Certified scrum master
3.PM Certification
4.Ability to build effective and productive relationships with both clients and internal resources
Ability to communicate and proactively manage project status, milestones, action items, risks and mitigation plans, and issues to project stakeholders and leadership.
5.Frequent independent decision-making ability to manage changing, competing and conflicting priorities; multitask effectively, while balancing urgency, speed, accuracy and consistency.
Financial management skills to analyze project budgets, drive savings and forecast revenue.
6.Experience with Jira and Confluence, Smartsheets, MS tools.
7.Strong facilitation skills in a team environment

Salary Range- $100,000-$110,000 a year
