In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
โ€ข Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
โ€ข Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
โ€ข Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
โ€ข Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
โ€ข Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
โ€ข Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs
