Their role often involves risk management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving to keep projects on track. • You drive alignment across engineering, product, vendor, manufacturing, and global test teams to resolve program issues, manage dependencies, and provide clear release-readiness feedback.
  • You communicate clearly about technical issues, program status, risks, dependencies, priorities, and recommendations with both technical teams and leadership.
  • Must be a US Citizen

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience creating and managing program schedules, budgets, resource plans, and milestone tracking.
  • Familiarity with project planning tools and software packages used to manage schedules, deliverables, risks, and program outcomes.
  • Cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across matrixed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to communicate program status, risks, dependencies, issues, and recommendations to technical teams and leadership.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-moving product development environments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a global, culturally diverse engineering and test organization.

Responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end program execution, including planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and deliverable management across cross-functional teams.
  • Drives alignment across firmware, hardware, software, IST, product, vendor, manufacturing, and external partner teams to meet program milestones.
  • Manages risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely escalation, mitigation planning, and follow-through.
  • Coordinates resource planning and prioritization to align validation coverage, lab capacity, and execution activities with program objectives.
  • Communicates program status, risks, dependencies, key decisions, and release-readiness updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensures programs are delivered within scope, cost, schedule, and quality commitments.
