What Youโ€™ll Do

Youโ€™ll lead projects from concept to completion, including:

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives (applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, integrations, and more)
  • Defining scope, timelines, budgets, and success criteria
  • Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Monitoring progress and proactively managing risks, scope, and resources
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals

Budgeting & Strategy

  • Build project cost estimates and budgets (hardware, software, labor, vendors)
  • Develop business cases and support project approvals
  • Track project spend and manage financial performance

Technical Leadership

  • Gather and translate business and technical requirements
  • Help define solution designs, workflows, and implementation plans
  • Ensure solutions align with security, architecture, and operational needs

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as the key link between IT, business teams, and vendors
  • Lead meetings, communicate progress, and manage expectations
  • Drive accountability and successful outcomes across all stakeholders

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience
