Whatyou'lldo:

1. Process Ownership & Governance

  • Own endtoend processes across Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Inventory, and Logistics.

  • Define futurestate process maps aligned to SAP S/4HANA best practices.

  • Establish global standards, business rules, KPIs, and decision frameworks.

  • Drive harmonization across plants, warehouses, suppliers, and customer networks.

2. SAP S/4HANA Program Leadership

  • Act asprimarydecision maker for Manufacturing & Supply Chain design.

  • Partner with SAP functional consultants (PP, MM, QM, WM/EWM, IBP, etc.).

  • Validate configuration,integrations, and functional specs.

  • Push adoption of standard S/4 processes unless exceptions are justified.

  • Align crossfunctional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Engineering, Quality).

3. Data, Testing & Deployment

  • Define master data requirements (materials, BOMs, routings, vendors, batches).

  • Oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and migration cycles.

  • Lead UAT planning, scripts, and execution.

  • Approve cutover plans (inventory freeze, production schedule transition).

  • Support golive,hypercare, and continuous improvement.

4. Change Management & Training

  • Identifychange impacts across plants and supply chain functions.

  • Provide requirements for SOPs, training materials, and visual work instructions.

  • Support communication plans and stakeholder alignment.

  • Champion adoption through plant visits and workshops.

5. Operational Excellence

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards using S/4 analytics.

  • Identifyautomation and standardization opportunities.

  • Align processes with Lean, Standard Work, and productivity initiatives.

  • Lead issue resolution and root cause analysis postgolive

What you need for success:

  • Bachelor's degreein Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field

  • 7+ yearsof experience inmanufacturing, supply chain, planning,procurementandplant operations

  • Handson SAP experience(PP, MM, QM, WM/EWM), with strongpreference for S/4HANA

  • Provenleadership in largescale ERP or digital transformation initiatives,with the ability to drive process standardization and adoption across multiple sites

  • Strongprocess mapping and documentation skills, with the ability to design integrated, futurestate processes aligned to S/4HANA best practices

  • Demonstrated ability toinfluence leaders, frontline teams, and crossfunctional partners (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Engineering)

  • Experience with S/4HANA implementations(greenfield or brownfield),multiplant/global environments,MESor advanced planning tools (preferred)

  • APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma certifications (preferred)

  • Strength in change leadership, ensuring teams adopt standard work and new processes with minimal operational disruption

  • Strong project execution discipline, including UAT leadership, data readiness oversight, and cutover preparation

  • Confident, datadriven decisionmaking with the ability to resolve issues quickly and guide teams through golive and stabilization

  • Clear communication skills, capable of translating technical SAP concepts into actionable business language

  • Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes such as approved global process designs, highquality UAT cycles,data readiness for manufacturing and supply chain objects, and improved plantlevel performance postgolive

  • Travel25-50% of the time- United States and Canada
