Project Manager – Lighting & Controls Projects

Location: Winter Garden, FL

Work Style: Onsite

Experience: 4+ years

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team specializing in sophisticated lighting control systems and integration for large-scale commercial and specialty projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage projects from initiation through completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, bids, documentation, and changes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from approximately $5M–$10M
  • Work closely with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal technical teams
  • Coordinate project execution and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Lead customer and contractor communications and resolve project issues
  • Manage project expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Ideal Background

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience in technical construction, electrical systems, lighting controls, building controls, automation, or systems integration
  • Background with commercial or technically complex facilities such as airports, stadiums, entertainment venues, data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, warehouses, or similar environments
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
