We’re now looking for a Technical Project Manager who can blend strategic leadership with deep technical execution. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, understands DevOps pipelines, drives Scrum ceremonies, and ensures every sprint ends with precision and value delivery.


Role Description

  • As our Technical Project Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of product and engineering projects, from sprint planning and backlog prioritization to deployment and post-launch review. You’ll collaborate closely with development, QA, DevOps, and leadership to ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and at top quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Scrum teams, ensuring effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
  • Oversee DevOps workflows (CI/CD, version control, deployment pipelines) and collaborate with technical leads
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between product, dev, QA, and design teams
  • Track project milestones using tools like Asana, Jira, GitHub, and HubSpot
  • Maintain status dashboards, velocity metrics, and risk logs
  • Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of technical project management or Scrum Master experience
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
  • Hands-on experience managing agile software development teams
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
