With a track record of innovation, INNIO designs, manufactures and services high‑performance power systems under its Jenbacher and Waukesha brands. The company delivers power for applications including data centers, microgrids, grid stabilization, industrial energy and gas compression.

INNIO operates a global installed base across approximately 100 countries as of December 31, 2025, supported by a resilient, high‑margin services business that delivers long‑term, recurring revenues across the full equipment lifecycle. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Technical Publications team within INNIO Engineering PMO & Operations. This role will help plan, coordinate, and track technical publication projects across INNIO Waukesha Gas Engine product lines, working closely with the Lead Project Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure manuals, parts catalogs, service bulletins, and related documentation are delivered on time and to a high standard.

The position will also support the team’s long‑term shift from traditional PDF and print documentation to more digital, connected, and interactive technical content solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Lead Project Manager in coordinating technical publication projects, schedules, deliverables, timelines, action items, and status updates across multiple workstreams.

  • Assist with gathering project requirements, documenting scope, maintaining project plans, preparing status reports, summaries, and stakeholder or leadership presentations.

  • Coordinate with engineering, product line, service, and external contractors to support the development, updates, creation, revision, and release of technical publications, including Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Parts Catalogs, Repair & Overhaul Manuals, and Service Bulletins.

  • Help manage document corrections, updates, addendums, translation requests, change request tracking, internal handoffs, and follow‑up activities to support timely completion of deliverables.

  • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, issue logs, and action trackers while contributing to Technical Publications process improvement efforts.

  • Support modernization and digitization initiatives that improve how technical documentation is delivered.

What you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Experience in project coordination, technical publications, engineering support, or a related function.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline‑driven environment.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.

  • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

What will make you stand out.

  • Experience supporting technical documentation, engineering, manufacturing, or service‑related projects, including exposure to technical publications, document control, content management, or change management processes.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or MS Project.

  • Interest in digital documentation solutions, modern content delivery, and the transition from traditional manuals to more user‑centered technical content experiences.

  • Awareness of emerging documentation technologies such as digital thread, interactive service documentation, mobile or tablet‑based content delivery, augmented reality, and connected service tools.

Additional Details:

  • Location: Waukesha, WI

  • Work Schedule: Hybrid model (typically onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%).
