Interlink seeks an innovative Technical Project Manager to join our PMO team. The Role

You will simultaneously lead multiple small/medium or large-scale projects in this role. Most of these projects are centered around M&A Integrations and Migrations or deploying Microsoft Office 365 technologies that will require regular project cycles (Review & Planning, Remediation, Provisioning, Piloting/Testing, Production Migration/Deployments, Training & Documentation, as well as Project Close-outs). As an Interlink PM, you will be accountable for the projects you\'re working on and coordinate with the rest of the technical delivery team to ensure the successful completion of these projects. You will also act as a spokesperson for Interlink to help build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct project kick-off and close-out meetings with clients 
  • Create and maintain project-related documentation 
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and timelines to ensure on-time delivery 
  • Provide day-to-day project coordination, drive execution, and own progress reporting for projects 
  • Perform project-related risk and change management 
  • Articulate project goals and roadmaps to clients 
  • Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders 
  • Assist with project and resource scheduling 
  • Review of project engineer time entries to ensure billing accuracy 
  • Project change order management & coordination with internal account managers 
Requirements
  • At least four years of experience in technical project management or a similar role 
  • Experience managing M&A related projects such as Integrations and Migrations
  • Background or experience in fundamental IT concepts related to Microsoft platforms and technologies 
  • Experience managing and forecasting project budgets 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with highly technical teams 
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities, as well as the ability to quickly shift focus from project to project 
  • Ability to manage and help enforce our PMO methodology across our technical team 
  • Ability to motivate and focus collaborative teams on reaching challenging goals 
  • Power to influence team members and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity 
  • PMP/PMI is a plus 
  • Office 365 experience is a plus
