Max Pay Rate: $60/hr on C2C
The STATE, Information Technology Department, is looking to contract with a vendor to provide trained, established, experienced Business Professionals, with current and progressive business analysis and project management work experience in the following job roles and roles/responsibilities to assist in meeting the increased project demand and workload from agency customers. Current and progressive work experience in the following is required:
  • Business Analysis - Agile and Waterfall
  • Project Management

The following skills sets are required:
  • Primary Skills Set:
    • Requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience with business analysis and project management in mid to large scale or high visibility business initiatives/projects with varying complexity.
    • Proven customer, requirements, and project management skills and experience. Additional desire for testing skills and experience.
    • Proven ability to build solid working relationships with all stakeholders essential for project success.
    • Strong communication skills with written and verbal English language proficiency.
    • Good time management and organization skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, team members and Agency personnel

  • Primary technical skillsets and experience include:
    • Experience with developing and maintaining project documentation, scope, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project.
    • Experience with business process modeling using Visio or similar tools.
    • Experience gathering and managing requirements/stories in Word or Azure DevOps.
    • Experience and knowledge of industry standard business analysis methodologies and techniques from BABOK (preferred) or PM-BA.
    • Experience and knowledge of industry standard project management methodology and techniques from PMBOK.

  • Toolsets include:
    • Excel

    • MS Project and/or MS Project Online
    • Microsoft Azure DevOps

  • Bonus:
