WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Technical Project Manager (TPM) – RPL10 Program

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the RPL10 Program.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities to ensure program staffing aligns with delivery timelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the client, facilitating communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Track progress across workstreams, proactively identifying risks, issues, and delivery blockers.
  • Establish and maintain risk mitigation plans and escalate critical issues where required.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and ensure actions are driven to completion.
  • Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and program health metrics to leadership.
  • Collaborate with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure successful program outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects or program in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple teams and leadership levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 is desirable.
