The Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (ARMS) team is on a mission to build next generation solid rocket motors for a safer, more connected world. To achieve our vision of becoming a large‑volume provider of tactical rocket motors, we will develop differentiated products and services that maximize our customers’ capabilities, and we will establish and maintain a reputation of Quality and Reliability.

This position will support the design, commissioning, and full rate production efforts for a rocket motor manufacturing facility. The position will be responsible for direct projects as well as supporting project management functions for the team at large. This is an on‑location position at the RMS campus in McHenry, MS.

• Manage and execute projects supporting the standup of rocket motor fabrication processes at RMS. This will include the technical details, planning, scheduling, and financials regarding the project(s).
• Provide technical and administrative support to the RMS team on other projects.
• Support the commissioning and qualification of manufacturing and test equipment at RMS.
• Train and mentor co‑workers in sound project management principles.

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technology related field
• Strong working knowledge of MS‑Project and other current Project Management software packages
• Experience working with and leading cross‑functional teams tasked with project definition and execution
• Experience managing suppliers as well as customers
• U.S. citizen is required as this position needs to access export‑controlled data and Controlled Unclassified Information.

• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, and/or energetics facilities
• Experience with US DoD contracts and programs
• Current PMP certification
• Experience with the DoD 4145 Contractor Safety Manual
• Formal training in project management
• An advanced degree in an engineering or technology related field
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
• 5+ years of experience with rocket motor design, test, and/or manufacturing

US Salary Range

$1 - $150,000 USD
