Strong-Bridge Envision Consulting (HCL Technologies Company)is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with focus on COE activities to join our firm as a dedicated full-time employee. This is a remote opportunity working with our clients!

Responsibilities
  • Establish and drive long-term relationships across all required verticals.
  • Manage / report on a portfolio of projects and build virtual constructs of experts to share knowledge.
  • Build internal SharePoint sites, managing COE slack channels.
  • Proven track record of excelling in written communication to engage teams (Slack posts, content for newsletter etc.).
  • Excels in project management of multiple initiatives.
  • Provide Technical Project Manager function for Digital Development teams. Accountable for delivery management function of projects that impact the team.
  • Provide leadership and be responsible for consolidated executive summary and detailed weekly status, as well as ad-hoc status requests.
  • Bridge Waterfall and Agile methodologies to ensure alignment.
  • Responsible for resource balancing and planning of resources for Digital Delivery team initiatives.
  • Leverage Digital Dev Architects/Analysts to do the initial vetting of scope/impacts, to ensure alignment with Digital Architecture principles, and to identify opportunities for Digital Transformation.
  • Conduct impact assessment on Digital Delivery team when new Enterprise IT initiatives are rolled out and understand their system-specific impacts.
  • Drive sessions to define features and epics to a level enabling technical grooming within development teams.
  • Facilitate gathering of business and technical requirements from cross-functional partners.
  • Facilitate complex team meetings, involving business and technical resources, including third party vendors.
  • Lead a diverse group of resources – developers, technical architects, program and project managers, testing leads, and testers.
  • Demonstrate credibility as a business partner to ensure business and technology decisions are reached to support business goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • 5 years’ experience in industry roles delivering digital technology solutions.
  • Preferred hands-on Digital marketing and social media marketing experience.
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing a portfolio of technology initiatives.
  • Proven Program management and technical project management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead technology teams in complex environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience desired, specializing in technology delivery.
  • Preferred experience working with both business and IT delivery teams.
  • Ability to work across varying levels of an organization.
  • Experience in executive level reporting.
  • Experience and knowledge delivering solutions using Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science required. Preferred a degree in technology or information systems.
  • Ability to work permanently in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
