Position Overview

Ambilabs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional research and development efforts. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong scientific background who has successfully guided products from development through commercialization and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-facing experience, with the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage R&D projects from concept through development, validation, and commercialization
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, scientific research, manufacturing, and external partners
  • Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identifyrisks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Interface directly with customers to understand requirements and support product deployment
  • Oversee product testing, validation, and documentation processes
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and quality requirements
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Travel to customer and partner sites as needed to support project execution

Qualifications
