Job description

Gyansys is looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in application development using .NET and/or Python. The ideal candidate should have progressed from a hands-on development role into project management and have experience leading projects delivered through offshore development teams.

This is a C2C contract onsite role based in Santa Clara, CA.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience
  • Strong application development background in .NET and/or Python
  • Experience transitioning from a Developer/Technical Lead role to a Technical Project Manager
  • Proven experience managing and delivering projects utilizing offshore development teams
  • Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
