  • Mise à jour et révision de la R&R du/des projet(s)
  • Construire, diriger et coacher une équipe de projet engagée pour la portée du ou des projets attribués
  • Définit les buts et objectifs du projet, évalue les performances
  • Ordres de modification : contrôle des feuilles de temps des fournisseurs et mise à jour des bons de commande à la fin des travaux
  • Surveille le suivi des commandes d'achat effectuées par les équipes de sourcing, « Make or Buy », les phases du site, l'accélération des fournisseurs dans le processus « 6-week lookahead »
  • Bon de commande Placement pour les réorganisations de sites et les urgences sur les sites

  • Développe et surveille le calendrier directeur, gère le flottement du projet pendant l'ingénierie

  • Coordonner la logistique et le transport à l'arrivée et au départ
  • Fournit un retour d'expérience à l'équipe des soumissions

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develops & implements with the Project Director the strategy for the execution of the allocated Project(s) scope
  • Sets up and secures the necessary resources for the execution of the project together with the Project Director
  • Ensures Quality, EHS requirements are applied during Make or Buy phase of the project
  • Coordinates with Sourcing claims to suppliers
  • Updates and reviews R&O of the project(s)
  • Builds, leads & coaches a committed Project team for the allocated Project(s) scope
  • Defines Projects goals and objectives, evaluates performances
  • Change orders: control vendors timesheets & update POs at completion of works
  • Monitors purchase order follow-up performed by Sourcing teams, Make or Buy, Site phases, expediting suppliers in the 6-week-lookahead process
  • Purchase order Placement for site re-orders and site emergencies
  • Purchase order Execution for external design
  • Develops and monitors the Master Time Schedule, manages project float during Engineering
  • Attends regular Design and Progress Reviews
  • Attends regular Site Progress Reviews
  • Coordinate logistics and transport outbound and inbound
  • Provides feedback of experience to Tendering Team

Qualifications/compétences requises
