Fulcrum Reliability Systems is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the successful execution of key client projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for aligning people, processes, and resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate possess a strong command of project management methodologies and best practices, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines. This individual is a strategic thinker, clear communicator, a team player with an aptitude for problem-solving who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively managing multiple tasks. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Direct and coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Deliver projects on schedule, within defined scope, and in accordance with approved budgets.
- Develop detailed project scopes and objectives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, technical feasibility, and appropriate resource planning.
- Implement structured change management processes to effectively control scope, schedule, and cost adjustments.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance using established systems, tools, and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Communication & Risk Management
- Establish clear communication channels and provide consistent, transparent updates to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
