Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to support an IT project team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information across Jira and Confluence. The role will support project status tracking, documentation, reporting, coordination with project and engineering teams, and day-to-day project activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with technical teams, and able to manage multiple project activities and deadlines in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update project status, tasks, milestones, and deliverables in Jira.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, project updates, and reference materials in Confluence.
• Monitor Jira boards, tickets, epics, stories, and overall project progress.
• Follow up with project team members to obtain status updates and ensure project information remains current.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports and dashboards for project leadership.
• Support project managers and technical teams with day-to-day project coordination.
• Coordinate project meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
• Ensure project documentation is organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Identify outdated or missing information in Jira and Confluence and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve it.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project reporting as needed.
• Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and other project participants.
Required Qualifications:
• 3-7 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, technical project support, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with IT, software development, or technical teams.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project information.
• Experience tracking project status, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
• Ability to work independently and follow up with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting enterprise technology projects.
• Experience with Jira dashboards, filters, reports, and project tracking.
• Experience creating or maintaining project documentation in Confluence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or similar collaboration tools.
• Experience working in a PMO or Agile delivery environment.
