Experience Range: With at least 7 years of experience in technical project management, including substantial hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Azure Cloud Operations and Support delivery across incident, change, problem, request, vulnerability remediation, automation, and platform governance workstreams, ensuring timely resolution and measurable service improvements
  2. Drive ITIL-aligned service management practices, consistently enforcing process adherence and implementing industry-standard best practices to achieve operational excellence
  3. Manage major incidents end-to-end, coordinating technical bridges, assessing impact, tracking chronology, escalating issues, and governing service restoration with clear accountability
  4. Review root cause analyses for quality, completeness, technical accuracy, and recurrence prevention, ensuring closure of corrective and preventive actions
  5. Conduct post-incident reviews with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to identify gaps, lessons learned, improvement actions, and ownership timelines
  6. Collaborate with technical teams to execute Azure Automation, Terraform, Ansible, Azure Update Manager, patching, configuration management, and vulnerability remediation initiatives
  7. Translate operational requirements and improvement opportunities into agile user stories with defined acceptance criteria, estimates, owners, timelines, and progress tracking
  8. Represent delivery status in daily stand-ups, governance calls, weekly reviews, monthly service reviews, leadership updates, and executive dashboards
  9. Maintain strong stakeholder communication by providing timely, transparent updates on risks, blockers, incidents, changes, vulnerabilities, and service improvement actions
  10. Manage vendors and cross-functional teams to drive ownership, governance, dependency closure, SLA adherence, and timely delivery of operational outcomes

Required Skills:
  1. Advanced proficiency in Azure Automation
  2. Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor
  3. Expertise in Azure Update Manager
  4. Deep understanding of Azure virtual machines and networking
  5. Expertise in Azure identity and access management
  6. Knowledge of Azure cost governance and operational best practices
  7. Infrastructure as Code implementation using Terraform
  8. Automation and configuration management using Ansible
  9. Vulnerability remediation and patch coordination in cloud environments
  10. ITIL framework application in incident, problem, change, request, and continual improvement processes

Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform integration
  2. Familiarity with New Relic and operational observability tools
  3. Advanced skills in creating and managing Azure dashboards and alerting systems
  4. Proficiency in executive-level reporting
  5. Experience in managing distributed teams across multiple time zones

Desired Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or a closely related discipline
  2. ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification
