Job Summary:
PayCargo is a global platform for logistics that specializes in payments and invoice processing. The Technical Project Manager will oversee the onboarding and implementation process for new customers, managing project plans, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful deployment of the payment platform.
Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Review the project’s Business specifications, breakdown key components and review overall architecture.
• Coordinate with Tech Ops and Engineering to define the technical solution and articulate it in technical specifications.
• Utilize Monday.com or other project management tools to create a detailed breakdown of tasks involved in technical projects.
• Create or assist in creating GitHub issues organized by Epic (one per project)
• Use Monday.com to report progress updates on the different projects on a weekly or biweekly basis (depending on the project.)
• Use Monday.com's timeline features to set project milestones and deadlines.
• Lead the design and implementation of technical integrations between PayCargo and its partners or clients.
• Coordinate work across functional teams working on different projects and integrations.
• Communicate and report with internal and external stakeholders on projects’ deliverables.
• Create visual workflow boards on Monday.com to track the progress of integration tasks.
• Create Flowcharts representing the planned system functionalities for each project.
• Prepare presentations for external and internal stakeholders articulating the technical implementation and scope of work.
• Deliver reports to outline outcomes and results of present and past projects.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in technical project management within fintech, SaaS, or logistics technology environments
• 3–5+ years of experience building and maintaining project plans for both internal stakeholders and external enterprise clients
• 3-5+ years of experience leading API integration projects between platforms, including third-party logistics providers, payment platforms, or ERP systems
• Experience managing end-to-end technical integrations, including requirements gathering, system design, development coordination, and go-live support
• Skilled in creating and organizing GitHub issues and Epics to align engineering teams around sprint deliverables and milestones
• Proficiency in Monday.com or similar tools for building detailed timelines, tracking milestones, and assigning tasks
• Strong technical understanding of API specifications, system architecture, and data flows across fintech and logistics platforms
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Technical Operations, and Product teams to define and document integration requirements
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, API specs, and system diagrams
• Adept at creating visual workflow boards and dashboards using Monday.com or similar tools to track project progress and KPIs
• Ability to design and present flowcharts, technical diagrams, and presentations to communicate integration plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deep understanding of project lifecycles in B2B SaaS platforms, especially those supporting digital payments, freight, or cargo logistics workflows
Preferred:
