PD03: Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst – Senior  


Description: As a senior analyst, this individual provides comprehensive program management oversight and strategic support. The role is responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of cross-program activities, managing and mitigating risks, and ensuring that technical progress is effectively translated and communicated to all stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of program management principles and the ability to integrate resources strategically to achieve mission outcomes. 

Duties May Include: 

  • Overseeing and contributing to multiple program efforts by performing integrated analysis of cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance to identify enterprise-level trends and conflicts. 
  • Serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical progress and issues into clear, concise reports for customers and senior leadership. 
  • Leading the development of strategic resource integration plans, capturing and validating resource requirements needed to achieve long-term program objectives. 
  • Conducting detailed analyses of multiple internal and external projects to identify interdependencies, risks, and conflicts, providing actionable recommendations to government program managers. 
  • Facilitating preparations for senior management reviews, including developing briefing materials, coaching presenters, and tracking pre-brief action items. 

Required Skills: 

  • A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in Program Management (cost, schedule, performance, risk). 
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Program Management, Business, or Computer Science. 
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the full lifecycle of Major System Acquisitions within the DoW or IC. 


Desired Skills: 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® or DAWIA Level II/III certification in Program Management. 
  • Demonstrated expertise with advanced functions of project management tools and techniques. 
  • Direct experience with the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) mission or NGA.
