Job Summary:
Manages execution of complex technical programs focusing on Lead-to-Cash processes for Customer Support, Customer Success, and Service Delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope and plan large-scale, cross-functional technology projects from start to finish.
  • Manage ongoing programs involving multiple projects and teams.
  • Drive change management to all impacted stakeholders and maintain relationships with VPs and Directors.
  • Define and track Program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish consensus on project processes and utilize frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
  • Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Experience utilizing AI to improve productivity.
