How You'll Make an Impact You'll own the delivery and technical implementation of Bidgely's platform for enterprise utility customers. In practice, that means you will: Lead customer implementations end-to-end Own enterprise deployments from onboarding through launch, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable customer value. Translate customer needs into technical solutions Work directly with customer engineering teams to design integrations, define data flows, and implement scalable solutions using Bidgely's platform.

Drive alignment across teams Coordinate closely with product, engineering, delivery, and sales teams to move projects forward and resolve challenges quickly. Turn complexity into clarity for customers Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, helping customers understand the platform and confidently move through deployment.
