Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong technical background with experience in software engineering, data engineering, cloud technologies, AI/ML, or related disciplines.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams to deliver complex technology initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience creating structure, accountability, and alignment in evolving or greenfield programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary coordination point between engineering teams, AI/ML leaders, product stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Translate complex AI, machine learning, and agentic system concepts into clear and actionable updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive program execution by proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and blockers while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Establish lightweight governance, accountability, and operational structure in an agile and rapidly evolving environment.
