About the Role

We are looking for a Platform Technical Program Manager to lead the planning and delivery of large-scale platform engineering initiatives. You will focus on platform capabilities, developer experience, and engineering enablement - partnering closely with product, engineering and architecture teams to ensure platform programs are delivered on time and adopted effectively across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, scoping, and execution of multi-quarter platform programs spanning developer tooling, API platforms, data platforms, and engineering enablement domains
  • Coordinate across platform engineering, product, security, architecture, and operations teams to resolve dependencies, eliminate blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business goals into well-defined technical requirements, ensuring clarity of scope, feasibility, and alignment before programs enter execution
  • Proactively identify technical risks, capacity constraints, and architectural gaps - escalating to leadership with clear context and recommended paths forward
  • Prepare and deliver concise program status updates, milestone reviews, and investment briefings for VP and C-suite audiences
  • Define and evolve program operating rhythms - sprint ceremonies, roadmap reviews, architecture reviews, and release governance frameworks
  • Work with engineering and product stakeholders to drive awareness, onboarding, and adoption of platform capabilities across consuming teams and business units

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 6+ years in technical program or project management
  • Experience managing platform or developer tooling programs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Background in software engineering or solutions architecture
  • Experience with API platforms, data platforms, or developer portals
  • PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification
  • Exposure to compliance-driven delivery (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
