The TPM will lead efforts tied to non-functional requirements—including security, monitoring, disaster recovery, compliance, and infrastructure resiliency—working closely with the Global Security Office (GSO), multiple Scrum teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders. This individual will own intake management, drive alignment across engineering, and ensure the successful execution of key technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage cross-team technical programs with a focus on security, infrastructure, compliance, and resiliency
· Act as a technical liaison between the GSO, architecture teams, developers, and product stakeholders
· Drive intake and prioritization of non-functional requirements, ensuring they are incorporated without derailing functional delivery
· Understand and assess vulnerabilities (e.g., server-level, Spring Boot upgrades, libraries) and facilitate remediation plans
· Oversee programs involving monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and help with discovery and disaster recovery planning
· Assist in Jira administration to streamline workflows and ensure alignment with broader program goals
· Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across 6+ Scrum teams
· Track dependencies, risks, and progress, proactively solving issues to keep programs on schedule
· Support overall governance and reporting for initiatives tied to security compliance and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

· Strong understanding of security and infrastructure domains, including security vulnerabilities, compliance requirements, and cloud environments
· Experience working closely with architecture and engineering teams
· Familiarity with modern development frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring Boot), and understanding of upgrade paths and vulnerability implications
· Experience managing tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or other observability platforms
· Background in intake process design, backlog grooming, and cross-functional program orchestration
· Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment and decisions among diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, NIST)
· Prior work involving resiliency and disaster recovery planning
· Experience working with GSO or enterprise security organizations
