- Drive strategy, prioritization, and delivery of ML - and analytics-powered solutions across multiple business areas
- Guide programs from inception through implementation by partnering with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Serve as a program leader who inspires accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement","responsibilities":"Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and keep teams focused and aligned on goals
Translate business needs into clear requirements, project plans, and success metrics
Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and inclusion across the program team
