Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives, including planning, tracking, and delivery.

  • Drive enterprise readiness, security, and AI enablement programs across multiple teams and functions.

  • Coordinate and hold senior teams accountable for complex programs related to security, compliance, and platform features.

Job description

About the Role

The Platform team builds the foundations the rest of Taktile depends onreliability, security, developer experience, and the infrastructure that makes us enterprise-ready. As our Technical Program Manager, you'll be the connective tissue across these efforts: taking our most complex, cross-functional initiaties and turning them into sequenced plans with clear owners, dates, and measurable outcomes.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, EMs, Product, Security, Sales, and Legal driving Enterprise readiness, quarterbacking audit and compliance programs. You operate written-first and low-overhead: fewer meetings, more clarity. You're comfortable holding senior ICs and EMs accountable, and technical enough to challenge engineering trade-offs credibly. If you like owning ambiguous, high-stakes programs end-to-end and being measured by what actually ships, this is the role for you.

What you'll do
  • Own end-to-end program management for 3–5 cross-functional initiatives at any time.

  • Drive Enterprise readiness program (features, certifications, contracts) across Platform/Product/Sales.

  • Quarterback Security programs (audit prep, residual risk burn-down, customer security questionnaires).

  • Steer the AI enablement rollout across functions with the AI Tooling Eng.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years as a Technical Program Manager in SaaS, owning complex multi-team programs end-to-end from plan to delivery.

  • Proven track record driving cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and go-to-market; coordinating and holding senior ICs and EMs accountable without direct authority

  • Has driven enterprise-readiness programs end-to-end; sequencing the features, certifications, and contract requirements that unblock enterprise deals, in lockstep with Product, Sales, and Legal.

  • Technically credible with cloud-native platforms: reads architecture and design docs, reasons about AWS infra, CI/CD, microservices, APIs, and reliability SLOs, and pushes back on build-vs-buy and sequencing on the merits.

  • Has owned developer-experience or platform programs with measurable targets e.g. cutting CI/build times, raising deploy frequency, or improving DORA metrics (lead time, change-failure rate) across multiple teams.

Ideal, but not required
  • Experience in financial technology or another heavily regulated industry.

  • Has run an audit preparation (SOC 2 / ISO) program.

  • Familiar with Linear, Notion, Slack as the operating stack.

What We Offer
  • Work with colleagues that lift you up, challenge you, celebrate you and help you grow. We come from many different backgrounds, but what we have in common is the desire to operate at the very top of our fields. If you are similarly capable, caring, and driven, you'll find yourself at home here.

  • Make an impact and meaningfully shape an early-stage company.

  • Experience a truly flat hierarchy and communicate directly with founding team members. Having an opinion and voicing your ideas is not only welcome but encouraged, especially when they challenge the status quo.

  • Learn from experienced mentors and achieve tremendous personal and professional growth. Get to know and leverage our network of leading tech investors and advisors around the globe.

  • Receive a top-of-market equity and cash compensation package.

  • Get access to a self-development budget you can use to e.g. attend conferences, buy books or take classes.

  • Use the equipment of your choice including meaningful home office set-up.

Our Stance
  • We're eager to meet talented and driven candidates regardless of whether they tick all the boxes. We're looking for someone who will add to our culture, not just fit within it. We strongly encourage individuals from groups traditionally underestimated and underrepresented in tech to apply.

  • We seek to actively recognize and combat racism, sexism, ableism and ageism. We embrace and support all gender identities and expressions, and celebrate love in its many forms. We won't inquire about how you identify or if you've experienced discrimination, but if you want to tell your story, we are all ears.
